INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1)

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt

To top:

  • Handful of blueberries

  • Sprinkle of hemp seeds

METHOD

  • Mix the chia seeds and almond milk together in a small bowl or jar. Let sit for 10 minutes until the chia seeds have expanded and formed a gel-like texture.

  • Stir through the yoghurt and Organic Daily Greens & Reds powder until well combined.

  • Allow to set in the fridge for another 10 minutes (or overnight if prepping ahead).

  • Top with fresh blueberries and a sprinkle of hemp seeds. Enjoy!
