
Recipe: Magnesium Shake
This is more than a smoothie – it’s a mineral-dense magnesium shake designed to replenish you from the inside out.
Pumpkin seeds are one of the richest whole food sources of magnesium, supporting nervous system regulation, muscle relaxation and steady energy production. When stress is high, magnesium demand rises – and this shake is an easy way to top up.
At the same time, the combination of banana, avocado and pumpkin seeds delivers nutrients that also support skin health. These whole foods provide vitamin E, healthy fats and trace minerals that help maintain skin integrity and support the body’s natural repair processes.
Serves 1–2 | Ready in 5 minutes
Ingredients
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup macadamia nuts (or ⅓ cup macadamia nut butter)
1 medium banana, frozen
4 Medjool dates
¼ large avocado
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
3–4 cups filtered water
1 opened capsule Organic Magnesium
Method
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
