How to take

Always read the label and take as directed.

Mix 1 teaspoon (5g) 1-2 times per day into water, fresh juice or a smoothie. For young children, start them on ½ teaspoon for 3-4 days to ensure tolerance. Increase to 1 teaspoon per day if desired after this time, or keep young children on the smaller dose.
