THE INGREDIENTS

Lemon balm

Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to decrease/reduce/relieve symptoms of stress and disturbed or restless sleep. Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm): 150mg dry extract derived from 750mg dry herb

Chamomile

Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a nervous system relaxant. Designed to soothe and calm nerves while relieving irritability. Matricaria chamomila (Chamomile): 95mg dry extract derived from 380mg dry flower.

Withania

Withania somnifera (Withania; also known as Ashwagandha): 200mg dry extract derived from 2g dry root

Magnolia

Magnolia officinalis (Magnolia): 75mg dry extract derived from 600mg dry stem bark

Zizyphus

Ziziphus jujuba (Ziziphus): 75mg dry extract derived from 750mg dry seed

Directions

Daily dosage

Adults: Take 2-3 capsules per day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Children: Children aged 8-15 years may take a reduced dose of 1 capsule per day.
Teenagers: 15 years and above may take the adult dose of 2 capsules per day.

The best time to take it

The best time of day depends on the main reason you are taking this formula.

For general stress support, we suggest taking 1 capsule twice daily.
For sleep support, we suggest taking the full daily dose about 30 minutes before bed.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 2-3 capsules.

For best results
We suggest taking Calm Restore daily for 3-6 months. You can then take it as and when required, or for as long as you appreciate the benefits.
